Standing Offhand provides law enforcement personnel with thoughtfully designed and purpose-built courses based on a combined total of over 50 years in the profession.  Our specialty is long range precision rifles but our wingspan includes carbine and handgun instruction along with custom built courses in a multitude of tactics and techniques.  We are unique in that we can speak from the perspective of police officer, swat officer, Marine, soldier, sniper, knuckle-dragger, intellect, and professional firearms instructor.  We’ve provided instruction to all of the above including those who have never held a firearm before, much less fought with one. 

No one ever has all the answers and we’ll never say we have THE solution.  But, our ethos demands that we do our damned best to give you one based in real, sharp-end experience; skills gained through hard won lessons and repetition until we can’t get it wrong.
